Vas repaired the zip on a Givi tank bag for me, and has done a fantastic job! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with The Shoe Carers + Zip Experts! I had three suitcases for which the zip mechanism and locking system had broken / was faulty. I also needed them urgently fixed. I spoke with Vas on the phone and he advised me to bring them down, so he could inspect and let me know how much it’ll cost to fix. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service received by Vas. He took the time to inspect each item and gave me his honest, professional opinion on what needed to be done and how much it’ll cost from the outset. The items were fixed within 4 days of me dropping them off. I was very pleased with the overall high quality of the work. The prices charged were very competitive. Absolutely brilliant! Lovely couple who knows what they are doing. I traveled from the other side of London to get my backpack fixed. Well worth it. Fixed my waterproof zip in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
